• Check and update all warehouse contacts, emails, and phone numbers so we can ensure consistent pickups.
• Check and update your pickup instructions so our drivers can easily find your location.
• If you require extra vehicles for a scheduled collection, please contact us here.
• If your collection address and pickup instructions have changed, please update them here.
• Update your schedule in the pickups tab in your Shipper Central account here if you are cancelling or rescheduling any collections.
• Are weather conditions obstructing your pickup area? Please clear the pickup area ahead of your scheduled collection. If weather related issues persist, contact us.
