You can ship Permissible Dangerous Goods with us, as long as you comply with the Amazon Shipping Dangerous Goods Shipping Guide. All other dangerous goods, as well as perishable or age-restricted goods, are considered Prohibited Goods and may not be shipped with us.
You can ship packages up to 50 lbs in weight with maximum dimensions of 59 inches in length (longest side) × 33 inches in height × 33 inches in width. We ship to approximately 95% of the population in the contiguous United States. Most locations are covered by Amazon’s transportation network, and we collaborate with USPS to ensure delivery to other destinations, including P.O. boxes and military bases. An Amazon Shipping label is valid for 30 days after it’s created. If the label is not used within 30 days, it will expire, and you’ll need to create a new one to ship your package. It’s important to schedule your pickup and hand off the package within this time frame to avoid any delays.
Amazon Shipping collects your packages through scheduled pickups from your location, available up to seven days a week in eligible locations. We offer two pickup methods, loose-load and palletized. Loose-load pickups are where individual packages can be handed directly to the driver and palletized pickups are where multiple packages are consolidated onto a pallet (recommended for high-volume shippers).

We aim to deliver every package in the same condition we received it. If a shipment is lost or damaged while in our network, shippers can file a claim within 60 days. For damaged shipments, the 60-day period begins on the delivery date. For lost shipments, it starts from the scheduled delivery date.
If a claim is denied and you believe the decision was incorrect, you can submit an appeal within 7 days after the claim decision is communicated.
