Program Terms and Conditions

Amazon.com Services LLC and/or its Affiliates (“Amazon” or “we”) may at times offer you the opportunity to participate in an incentive program (the “Program”) subject to the terms and conditions herein (“Program Terms”). By participating in this Program, you acknowledge your acceptance to the Program Terms. These Program Terms are in addition to the Amazon Shipping Conditions of Use, to which you agree by visiting the Amazon Shipping website. To the extent the Amazon Shipping Conditions of Use are inconsistent with the Program Terms, the Program Terms will control with respect to the Program only.

• You must be a registered Amazon Seller at least 18 years of age and the recipient of a valid email offer directly from Amazon Shipping.
• You must create a new Amazon Shipping account using this link. If you have an existing Amazon Shipping account, then you are not eligible for the Program.
• You must complete pick-up of at least two (2) packages with Amazon Shipping by December 31, 2024.
• Your Amazon Shipping Account must be updated with all payments at the time of the Award.
• You must maintain an active Amazon Shipping Account on January 10, 2025.

• This offer is limited to one customer and account.
• Amazon Shipping reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Program at any time.
• Any gift cards awarded under this program are subject to Amazon’s Gift Card Standard Terms & Conditions.
• Decisions by Amazon Shipping in relation to the Program are binding and final in all respects.
• Amazon Shipping reserves the right to disqualify any individual or Shipper from the Program where, in its sole judgment, Amazon Shipping determines that the participant has not complied with this Agreement, has tampered with the operation of the Program, or has engaged in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Amazon Shipping, the Program, or any other Program participant.
• By participating in the Program, you release Amazon Shipping and each of its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agencies from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Program or with the acceptance, possession, or use of the Award, except as prohibited by law.

• You will receive the Amazon.com Gift Card* (“Award”) if you were the recipient of a valid email offer and completed the sign-up process using this link and completed your first pick-up (minimum of two (2) packages) by 11:59 p.m. PT on December 31, 2024.
• Award will be sent on or before January 10, 2025 to the email ID used to create the Amazon Shipping account.
• The Award is non-transferable, must be used for personal use only, and no cash alternative is available. Amazon Shipping reserves the right to substitute the Award for one of equal or greater value.

• All content and materials related to the Program are the property of Amazon Shipping and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.

• Amazon Shipping reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, without notice.

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws (and not the laws of conflicts or choice of law) of the state of Washington.

• By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
